To celebrate our fifth issue, Slice hosted its second game show-inspired fundraiser on October 8th. A combination of editors, publicists, and authors from Penguin, Hachette Book Group, and Random House went head-to-head in a Literary Family Feud with some surprising twists.
In the beginning, Penguin and Random House kept exchanging the lead, but it was truly anyone's game, as Hachette took over in the final rounds and actually won!
The answers were based on a survey taken by 100 publishing professionals, who showed their true feelings with responses to questions about writers' worst vices, what editors do when they're really supposed to be editing, and more.
Check out our flickr page to see photos of the literary shenanigans.
